Designed by experienced coaches for runners of all levels, our clinics are proven to prepare and motivate runners for their goals, while meeting people with the same goals in mind. Pick the evening and the group that is right for you, follow the training plan, and you will be posting PBs in no time. See below for more information and please contact us with any other questions. What Are Peninsula Runners Clinics?Our half-marathon clinics were conceived to fill a gap that other clinics seem to neglect: getting faster. Using tools like track workouts, strength training, intervals, and more, we have successfully broken through plateaus that many runners encounter with other programs. In addition, the walk/run clinics endeavour to really educate new runners on the tools that will make running an effective fitness tool and lifelong pursuit. All clinics include access to the members' only training calendar, 20+ weeks of coaching, supervised group workouts on the night of your choice plus Sunday morning long runs, a lecture series from experts in relevant running topics, a technical clinic t-shirt, and more!
