ClinicsPeninsula Runners offers many different clinics for walkers, joggers, runners and anyone who want to increase their fitness level.
Each night, we begin with a discussion relating to what is planned for that night. Frequently, we invite special guests to talk about their experiences and knowledge on subjects such as nutrition, injury prevention, running technique, shoes and technical clothing. Then, we slowly warm up by either jogging or walking to our workout location. The workouts, usually lasting between 30 minutes to an hour, are planned carefully and strategically to safely increase each participant's level of fitness. The workout is concluded with a cool-down jog back to the store and a well-deserved stretch. Participants can drop-in also so contact your local store to find out when the group meets next.
